While most find Washington DC an easy place to find restaurants that cater to the executive, there is a small gem just right across the river in Arlington, Virginia. La Cote D'or is a very French, very "proper without being a stuffy" restaurant. Executives should ask for a table in the main room and not on the enclosed porch. The tables are big which will give you room to conduct business. There is a new chef at La Cote D'or, and the food has never been better. The wine list is very reasonable with predominant French wines. This restaurant is a treat for those that are getting tired of steak places for conducting business.
