The Palm, like Morton’s, is one of the chain steak-houses that don the countryside. Some are better than others, but most of them are pretty much alike. This one stands out in that it is located in Times Square, New York, and is it still a good business restaurant. The front of the restaurant is geared for the tourists that are going to a show on Broadway. That part of the restaurant is very noisy and I recommend staying away from it. The back of the restaurant is where the business people meet. The noise is manageable, and the waiters know that this is a business meeting and treat you with respect.
