Rasika is by far the finest Indian restaurant in Washington DC. Unfortunately, it is just OK for the business meeting. It is simply far too noisy. There is only one table by the front window that is satisfactory. The rest of the tables are unbearably loud. Some like this high noise establishment but for the business discussion it fails miserably. Too bad, since the food is so outstanding.
