If you are looking for seafood the way it is supposed to be made and presented, then Scoma's is the place. Scoma’s has been around forever. It has stood the test of time and is still one of the best seafood restaurants in San Francisco. The bar is the place to talk to the locals and have a great drink. The wait staff is a bit rushed and sometimes not as friendly as I might like, but ignore that because the food is terrific. There is valet parking – a must near Fisherman’s Wharf.
