The Epic Smokehouse in Arlington, VA serves smoked prime rib every evening. It is probably the only restaurant in the Washington DC metro area that serves prime rib every day, and at a descent price. The meat is great; however, the wine list is a steal. It is not a fancy restaurant, so senior executives may frown on the selection. The service is always great and if you have a choice sit in the bar area in one of the large booths. If the chef is in, have him make something for the table that is not on the menu and you will not be disappointed. It is a fun place with very faithful customers. If you want to enjoy the kitchen there are chairs at a ledge so you can sit and watch the action in the kitchen.
