The Capital Grille - Baltimore

I have been to a lot of Capital Grille in this country, but found the one in Baltimore to be the best for handling business executives. One very important aspect is the professional car valet who knows how to handle high end cars. The next aspect of the restaurant is the attentive service which starts from the check in to the table. The restaurant itself is a standard chain Capital Grill but has the tables a little further separated then other Capital Grills I have been in. The wine selection is good with a bit more markup then other chained restaurants. The food is quite standard and predictable, which is good, if you want to discuss business in an atmosphere where there are no unforeseen surprises. This is a good standard executive dining experience.
